Jonathan travelled extensively during his work as a cameraman, much of which was through the developing world. Seeing the impact of climate change in these countries first hand had a huge impact.

Returning to the UK, Jonathan set up an organisation dedicated to helping tackle climate change, by providing businesses with a sustainable way of really managing their carbon.

For Jonathan, sustainability is very much linked to education. He wants to empower people with the knowledge and the skills to have a positive impact on the world around us. Jonathan leads on our carbon management programmes.

It was whilst working in the third sector that Shelley first witnessed the benefits of developing partnerships with key stakeholders. Seeking direct engagement with the business community, individuals and other parties is key to the success of any serious sustainability venture.

Shelley works closely with C-Change clients to help them understand how they can be an integral part of their community at a local, national and global level. Shelley leads on our strategy, reporting and stakeholder engagement programmes.
